Financial Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis on companies, industries, and market trends to evaluate investment opportunities and partnership potential.
- Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess company performance and financial health.
- Utilize financial models and valuation techniques to determine investment attractiveness and potential returns.
- Monitor and evaluate investment portfolio performance, tracking key metrics and providing regular reports to senior analysts.
- Perform detailed research on target companies and industries, including competitive analysis, market trends, and regulatory environment.
- Conduct due diligence activities, including reviewing legal documents, contracts, and financial disclosures to assess risks and opportunities associated with potential investments and partnerships.
- Stay updated on market developments, economic indicators, and industry news to identify emerging investment trends and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and partners to develop investment strategies and portfolio management approaches.
- Assist in the execution of investment transactions, including preparing investment documentation, coordinating with legal and compliance teams, and monitoring investment closing processes.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of existing investments, including tracking financial performance, analyzing market conditions, and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, conducting research and analysis on potential partners' financial health, strategic fit, and growth potential.
- Assist in developing partnership proposals and conducting negotiations with potential partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility and impact of potential partnerships on the overall business strategy.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Legal or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Management Trainee at a Big 4 is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis techniques, including financial modeling, valuation methods, and investment analysis.
- Familiarity with financial markets, investment vehicles, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using financial analysis software and tools.
