Job Description
- Assess and complete calls logged to Spiceworks – daily review of open calls.
- Assist with maintenance tasks to key infrastructure.
- Manage and edit VPN access for Road Safety.
- Log Calls to all ISP’s for faults and maintenance.

Qualification and experience:
- National Diploma in IT
- COMPTIA A+
- N+ (Advantage)
- 0-1 Year experience in IT environment.
