Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, website graphics, and more.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of design concepts, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and target audience.
3. Support the creation and editing of multimedia content, such as videos and animations, to enhance our online presence.
4. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative design ideas and concepts.
5. Conduct research on current design trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
6. Assist in the production process, including preparing files for print or digital distribution and ensuring quality control.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and deadlines.
8. Take constructive feedback positively and make necessary revisions to design work.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with a CGPA of 3.0 min
2. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
4. Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs while maintaining brand consistency.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
6. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
7. Good communication skills and the ability to present design ideas effectively.
8. A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
