PostShopInvestment LimitedTA Village Kebab, Auckland,islooking for Cafe Assistants/Sandwich Hand to join ourteam. This is a full-time permanent role (minimum 30 hours per week).
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting with food preparation
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages
- Maintaining highest level of customer service
- Ensuring cafe is operated in accordance with cafe hygiene, food control plan and cleaning standards.
- Maintain stock levels and stock take of food supplies and beverages as required.
- Maintain high standard of presentation of the caf including the foodcabinet,menus, tables and adjacent common areas
- Washing dishes and keeping the dishwashing area to the required hygiene levels
- Any other duties as requested by management.
Role Requirements:
- Flexible to work rostered shifts with availability to work on weekend.
- A high standard of customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- A team player
- Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsallowing for effective communication with your customers
- Cafe experience or Barista experience preferred but not essential (full training will be provided)
Pay is dependent on prior experience and skills.
