Edvise Hub, a leading study abroad consultancy, is seeking a proactive and target-driven Lead Conversion Specialist to join our team. As an Lead Conversion Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, conduct cold calling, and follow up with potential students who have shown interest in studying abroad. You will play a crucial role in promoting our study abroad services and persuading leads to take the next steps in the enrollment process. This position offers a competitive salary and commission structure based on successful student enrollments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls on a daily basis to reach out to potential students who have expressed interest in studying abroad.
- Engage leads in persuasive and informative conversations, highlighting the benefits of studying abroad through Edvise Hub's services.
- Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and unique selling points of our study abroad programs to generate interest and inquiries.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to nurture relationships and provide further information.
- Collaborate with the in-house Education Consultants to schedule appointments for interested leads to have consultations in the office.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and progress in a proper file.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
- Stay informed about study abroad trends, destinations, and relevant market information to effectively engage leads.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage leads and generate interest.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of study abroad programs, universities, and application procedures is advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
