Sales Manager / Senior Sales Engineer (Motor) [Thailand]


 
What are my responsibilities?
  • Analyze assigned Market and Customer; and Plan for Marketing/Sales Activity
  • Proactively Explore new customers and develop a suitable customer approach
  • Proactively identify opportunities for LV Motor Solutions, Products and Services

    Create and Drive opportunity to generate order intake to achieve Individual and Overall Targets
  • Build-up, Maintain and Develop Good Relationships with customer
  • Plan and Implement Sales Strategic and Tactic in order to meet order intake, net sales and gross margin targets and Maximize Sales Hit Rate
  • Gather feedback from customer (including customer inquiries), provide ideas and suggestions on Solutions, Product and Services adaption and development after-sales service.
  • Prepare proposal with responsibility for all bid costing and their accuracy and quality
  • Execute and Co-ordinate with the Factory, Operation Team, Services Team, Purchasing Team and Logistics Team regarding all order processing to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services to customers
  • Appraise him/herself and propose development plan
  • Track, Report current and future sales opportunities on a monthly basis to the sub-division manager
  • Other as assign by superior

What do I need to quality for this jobs?
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales in Industry related to Motor and Drive is preference
  • Customer-Focused, Result-Oriented, Self-Directed Mindset
  • Growth Mindset with Willingness to Learn and Overcome any Obstacles
  • Systematic Thinking with Flexibility Working
  • Good team player, Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Good of English, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office
  • Have own car and able to travel upcountry
