Responsibilities
- Manage outbound campaign calls and contact current or prospecting corporate clients
- Identify customers’ needs and provide solutions
- Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way
- Enter lead/customer data into our ERP system and follow-up on leads
Basic Requirements
- You have a university/post-graduate degree/diploma in Translation or in foreign languages with specialization in Translation
- You are fluent in English
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You are able to learn new technologies fast
- You enjoy working in a team and you are very well organized
Good to Have
- Similar previous experience will be appreciated.
