- Liaison with payroll vendor for all payroll matters.
- Prepare payroll journals and upload them into the system.
- Handle income tax documents and matters.
- Generate payroll data for local and expatriate employees.

- Reconcile accounts monthly for Singapore entities.
- Manage statutory surveys and payroll audits.
- Report information for Statutory Accounts.
- Track and disclose employees' shares accurately in tax forms.
- Track vesting period for corporate tax deduction in Shares Scheme.
- Manage employees' leave and claims modules and government grants.
- Support team in creating new shift patterns in Prosoft.
- Conduct analysis of employees' benefits.
- Provide employees' S&W for WICA renewal.
- Year-end accrual for unconsumed leave, tax processing fee, etc.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
- Assist in managing Children Scholarship program.
- Process vendor invoices and post journals.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll.
