Operations Analyst (Logistics & Transport) East Rand
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analysis of existing and new procedures operationally as well as systematically in order to generate and document business requirement documentation as well as costing solutions whilst understanding impacts of the solution on the full chain.

Role & Responsibilities:
Infrastructure
- Create / design layouts for proposed infrastructure projects (racking / sprinklers)
- Issue tenders / RFQs for proposed projects
- Analyse bidders solutions and costs; and recommend potential based on technical and commercial submission
- Calculate ROIs where required
- Investigate opportunities for potential improvement of existing infrastructure
- Construct data analysis sheets for billing calculations
- Extract and compile relevant data for billing sheet from various datasets
- Submit relevant warehousing sections of billing to relevant department
- Compile sundry billing reports for submission to relevant department when required
- Extract data required for reporting from various datasets
- Prepare dataset information for creation of warehouse reporting
- Design and create reports for business or operations when required
- Maintain existing reports when required
- Analysis of current operations for identification of potential improvement opportunities
- Assist operations with stock take processes when required
- Data integrity investigations between various internal and external data sources
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
BTech / BSc Mathematics and Stats or similar
Previous experience in similar role (2-3 years)
IT knowledge and experience with the logistics industry

Remuneration Package:
- R25 – R30k Monthly Basic Salary
