Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls by customers
  • Build reliable, professional relationships with clients
  • Provide accurate and reliable information to customers using the right methods
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Follow organizations communication procedure
  • Provide introductory information to new customers
  • Troubleshooting issues about a product or service
